Electrotech is an electrical assembly house that produces wiring harnesses of varying complexity, along with other electro-mechanical assemblies.

We are looking to hire individuals with experience in electrical assembly or other forms of light manufacturing. The primary roles we are looking to fill are for assemblers and inspection of assemblies.

Specific skills we are looking for include soldering, working with crimping tools (both hand and by machines), and running & cutting wire (both by hand and machines).

We have a lot of tasks that make use of hand tools but still use quite a bit of automation where it makes sense, so the ability to learn how to use our machines (some are pretty simple, others do require more attention)

Most importantly, it is necessary to have the ability to handle tasks that vary from project to project. To be able to learn and adapt to our varied products. (Something unavoidable when we have no product line of our own but just building to the specifications of our customers)

So, if you have experience in any industry that shows your ability to learn and adapt, even if it's not in electrical manufacturing, we encourage you to apply. The best at doing that tend to become our most valuable employees, sometimes even ascending into management positions.
